Shipping 


All our artworks are sent via a tracked and signed for service. Once payment has been received, we will despatch the artwork as soon as possible. Once despatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Please get in touch if you'd like to receive your piece by a certain date and we will do our best to get it to you in time.

You must be home to receive your delivery as a signature is required. If you'd like to change your delivery address after you've placed the order (e.g. to an office address where someone is there to sign), then please email us.

Shipping costs for overseas buyers will be automatically calculated at check-out once you enter your shipping country. We will also be in touch after your purchase to let you know of an expected delivery date, but we are unable to be day-specific with international shipments, however the shipper should be in touch with you to notify you of the progress. Please note that additional import taxes and duties may also apply to overseas buyers. Artworks purchased by overseas buyers can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on their final destination, however, it usually takes no longer than a week. 

Packaging



Where possible, we will try to flat pack your artwork to prevent curling. If your artwork is large, or if it is deemed safe to roll it, we will do so to protect it during transit.  To reduce ecological footprint we will pack artworks with undamaged used boxes and discarded packaging materials whenever posssible.

If your artwork is received in a tube, we recommend removing it from the tube as soon as possible (ideally by a framer), to prevent curling.

If you have purchased a pastel or charcoal work of art, please take the artwork straight to a framer before removing from its cellophane sleeve, to prevent smudging (as although the works have been fixed, some residue dust may still come off of the artwork.)

All artworks are accompanied by F certificates of authenticity.

PROVIDING THE ARTWORKS


 Delivery costs 


    1.  The costs of delivery are as displayed to you on our website

   2.  We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end our contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

    3.  If you are not at home when the artwork is delivered:  If no one is available at your address to take delivery, you should contact the shipper (via the slip left) with your tracking number so that you can rearrange delivery. We are not responsible for any costs incurred or damage to the artwork as a result of your not being at home when the artwork is delivered and for delivery having to be rearranged.

  4.  If you do not re-arrange delivery. If you do not collect the artworks as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end our contract with you.

  5.  When you become responsible for the artworks: An artwork will be your responsibility from the time the artwork is dispatched to the address you gave us.  Remembe that the intellectual property rights will always belong to the artist even if you become the owner of the artwork.

   6.  When you own the artworks: You own the artwork you have ordered with us once F has received payment in full.

  7.  What will happen if you do not give required information to us:  We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the artworks to you, for example, your email address, postal address, your name and telephone number, as stated on our website. We may also contact you to ask for this information. 

    8. Reasons we may suspend the supply of artworks to you: We may have to suspend the supply of an artwork to make changes to the product or your order as requested by you.

    9.  If you wish to pick the artwork from the artists studio you may do so if the artist is happy with this.  We can arrange this if you contact us, and will refund the delivery costs in these cases.


Refund policy


Returns


Once you have received your artwork, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. Please note that the work must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. If your work has been damaged during transit, or if you would like to arrange a return, email us.
